I recently spent a delightful three nights at House 54 in Stepantsminda, and I must say, it truly exceeded my expectations. The room was exactly as depicted in the photos-cozy with a warm ambiance, complete with a private bathroom stocked with toiletries and an electric kettle for my morning tea. The shared kitchenette was a lovely touch; It allowed us to make ourselves cups of coffee and prepare light snacks, perfect for our mountain hikes. Tamara, the owner, is the epitome of hospitality. Despite the language barrier, we managed to communicate effortlessly with the help of Google Translate. She showed genuine concern for our comfort and even checked in on us throughout our stay. Plus, the charm of the family living downstairs added a homey feel without being intrusive. What really sold me on this place was the balcony view-I spent evenings soaking in the stunning scenery of Mount Kazbegi, a perfect backdrop for unwinding after a day of exploration. If you're seeking a comforting stay with friendly faces and breathtaking views, I couldn't recommend House 54 more.
